1. Introduction
These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the General Conditions) govern the sale of the products marketed by (hereinafter the Seller) using only remote communication technology (via Internet, telephone, fax). All product purchase contracts concluded through the website www.liguriaverde.com following the procedures indicated therein (online or by telephone), between the Seller and the buyers (hereinafter the Customers), will be governed by these General Conditions, which form an integral and substantial part of the same.
2. How to conclude the contract

The purchase proposal (order) is formulated by you at the time of sending the form containing the characteristics of the requested goods, the price, the chosen payment method and the delivery terms (order form).

For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is authentic. No change in the invoice will be possible after its issue.
3. Prices and payment conditions
The sale prices of the Products, which do not constitute an offer to the public pursuant to art. 1336 of the Italian Civil Code, the shipping costs and payments will be those chosen by the customer on the website www.liguriaverde.com at the time of placing the order.

4. Payment

5. Transport and Deliveries

The delivery terms indicated in the transport conditions of the website www.liguriaverde.com are not binding either for Italy or abroad. They simply indicate the period of time that is assumed to be normally required to deliver the goods from the moment of delivery to the courier in charge.
6. Right of ownership and transfer of the risk of deterioration of the asset
The right of ownership of the Products passes to the Customer after the complete payment of the products themselves or of their delivery, if this is the last. The risks of breakage and / or deterioration of the Products pass to the Customer upon delivery of the goods to the courier.
7. Right of withdrawal
Purchases made on our site are subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22-05-1999, dictated in the matter of distance contracts, in the event that the delivery of the goods takes place at the buyer’s home, as these purchases are completed outside the commercial premises. 8. Acceptance, guarantee and returns

The Seller reserves the right to request the reimbursement of any promotional discount on Products other than defective ones purchased by the Customer when such discounts have been granted on the purchase of the Product, which has been returned and whose price has been reimbursed by the Seller.
No damage can be requested from the Seller for any delays in carrying out repairs or replacements.
9. Obligations of the Customer

11. Jurisdiction and applicable law
Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation and violation of the purchase contracts stipulated online through the website www.liguriaverde.com is subject to Italian jurisdiction. These general conditions are governed by Italian law and refer, although not expressly provided therein, to Legislative Decree no. 50/92 to Legislative Decree no. 185/99.
