SHIPMENTS

The company Il Verde Mondo Srl will deliver the products ordered online to the address specified in the order in collaboration with the courier chosen in the order phase.

For any order that exceeds the amount of 120 euros (including VAT) we will apply the free rate for the entire order placed. In all other cases the cost will depend on the size and weight of your orders and will be automatically calculated by our software. You can fill the cart with the items concerned, without obligation, to check the shipping costs.

The delivery times of the goods are from 1 to 2 working days in Italy (with the exception of insulated, iron chicken coops and dog kennels and boxes: 5 working days), based on the item ordered and starting from the credit ‘order.

As regards products with longer delivery times (for example 10-15 days), the days indicated are always to be understood as “working days”.

Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday during normal business hours.

The Customer also has the possibility of being able to book delivery at the established time and day, as well as being able to request delivery on Saturdays (check with us that the BRT branch provides the service in the delivery area).

All deliveries are intended to be made on the ground floor.


In no case can Il Verde Mondo Srl be responsible for the delay in delivery by the courier.

At the time of delivery, the customer is required to check:

– that the number of packages corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document

– that the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet.

Any damage must be immediately reported to the courier, adding the words  Withdrawal with Reserveand immediately communicated to the address: Hello@liguriaverde.com

Delivery times (holidays and Saturdays excluded):

from 1 to 2 working days (delivery times vary according to the article and the customer’s requests)

In the event that the recipient is absent, the third party will be applied. day after the date of departure of the shipment, after two delivery attempts.

You will have various payment methods available, allowing you to choose the one that suits you best.

– Bank wire transfer

ATTENTION:
Make the transfer within 5 working days and notify the payment by e-mail to the address: Hello@liguriaverde.com indicating name, surname and order number. The ordered products will be shipped only after the payment has been confirmed on our current account.

– PayPal / Credit card

PayPal, an eBay group company, allows anyone with an e-mail address to send and receive payments online in an easy, fast and secure way. Registering for the service and sending money are free and you can make instant payments securely with your credit card. Nobody can be aware of the PayPal codes used by customers.

Activating your PayPal account is very simple and can be done in a few minutes. PayPal automatically encrypts confidential information using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the maximum commercially available length). PayPal is an eBay company.

– Cash on delivery : 5 euros in addition to shipping . Cash on

delivery is a method of payment for goods purchased at a distance that allows you to pay for the item not in advance but on arrival at its destination .

Make sure that the address you have provided for the shipment is presided over so that the courier does not make empty turns. The BRT courier is fast and efficient, the traceability of the package is maximum, at any time you enter the courier’s site you will be provided with the exact location of the package, for this reason two delivery attempts will be made in as many different days, then the shipment enters stock pending contact with the recipient. In the event that the shipment goes into storage or if the recipient is absent from the address marked twice, the costs of opening the storage practice and subsequent delivery will be calculated, i.e.: € 10.00

– Delivery by appointment or on Saturday : 3.5 euros in addition to shipping

This type of delivery requires the forwarder to contact you by phone to book an appointment with you for the day and time you wish to receive your order.

You can also decide to receive the product on Saturday morning , this service is not guaranteed to all areas of Italy, for this reason we will have to confirm the possibility of the service after knowing your address.
